Breakfast Before The Long Trip!

I woke up at 3 a.m. today for a 2-day engagement in Lanao del Sur and Iligan City to start the Livelihood Orientation Program of the Mindanao Development Authority.
Shortly before we set off on a long land trip from Kidapawan City to Taraka, Lanao del Sur, we had an early breakfast of Litson Manok Pinoy, Sardinas with Udong, Bibingka and Nescafe with Donabelle Turmeric Tea.
Joining me in the land trip is Arnel Corpuz of Adelaide River Farm who will make a presentation on Cattle Fattening during the livelihood options briefing in Taraka today and in ziligan City tomorrow.
Other livelihood options to be presented would be Abaca farming with coffee, cacao or trees as intercrops, Cardava banana farming, Egg and Chicken Production, duck raising in the periphery of Lake Lanao, Tilapia fish cage farming in Lake Lanao, Sorghum and Corn farming, Organic Rice Production, vegetable production and others.
The objective: Liberate Lanao del Sur from the Group of 10 Poorest Provinces in the Philippines.
Next destinations: Sulu, Basilan, Maguindanao, Saranggani, Zamboanga del Norte and others.
