Fil-Am Farmer Scientist Rocky French had a hearty brunch of “Law-oy,” “Bulad,” and Manok Pinoy Adobo upon arriving in my farm today.
French, grandson of a Kentucky soldier who fought in the Spanish-American War, is coming home to the Philippines to help me in the Aquaculture Project which I and a group of retired US Navy officers are establishing in Parang, Maguindanao.
An expert in aqua feed formulation and Tilapia hatchery operations, French will also help in establishing an aqua feed mill to support fish farmers in Mindanao.
After brunch, we will visit the COLIPA Feed Mill in Km. 114, Kidapawan City where the aqua feeds will be produced.
