Flag Ceremony with Mayor Isko!

Before we sat down to discuss the institutional collaboration between the City of Manila and the Mindanao Development Authority, Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso invited me to join him in the flag raising ceremony with City Hall officials and employees.

What followed was a lengthy conversation, originally scheduled for only 15 minutes, which lasted for almost two hours.

Great developments were agreed upon both to benefit the people of Mindanao and the residents of Manila.
