Focus, Hard Work! MinDA, SEAFDEC FORGE PACT TO TRANSFER AQUA TECHNO

Before I resigned as Chairman of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), I signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Southeast Asia Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) for the transfer of technology on the breeding of Oysters, Crabs and Groupers to Mindanao aquaculture stakeholders.

Ramon Magsaysay Awardee and Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay fisherfolk leader Roberto Magbanua Ballon joined me in the journey from Mindanao to Tigabauan, Iloilo to witness the signing.

Two days ago, SEAFDEC and MinDA conducted the first training which was shared online on the breeding of Oysters, Crabs and Groupers.
