Helping Out!

Almost two years after I resigned as Chairman of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), I visited the agency’s new office yesterday to meet with the new Chairman, Sec. Leo Magno.
Just as when the former MinDA Chief Mabel Acosta assumed the post I left in 2021, I assured Sec. Magno of my full support for MinDA programs in Agriculture and Fisheries.
Sec. Magno expressed appreciation for my offer to help out even in my private capacity.
During the meeting, Sec. Magno asked his staff to review all the programs which I designed during my short stint as MinDA Chairman.
After the meeting with Sec. Magno, I visited one of the departments of MinDA where former fellow workers welcomed me like a long lost father.
It was touching!
