“Mapapahiya ka!” SPIS CONTRACTOR JOINS ANGELO PALMONES DARE!

I saw this among the hundreds of reactions to a post about the allegation of DZRH Staff Angelo Palmones that “billions” worth of Solar Powered Irrigation Systems are non-functional.

I don’t even know this contractor.

But perhaps, he could also be asked if after winning 20 contracts to build SPIS projects nanghingi ba ako ng komisyon sa kanya.

Just the same, I am reiterating my chaĺlenge to Angelo Palmones:

“Prove that billions-worth of Solar Powered Irrigation Systems are non-functional. If you can prove it, I will resign from government and go home to my farm. If you are proven wrong, I will ask you to resign from DZRH and desist from working in the mainstream media.”
