Santa Barbara, Iloilo – On the way to the headquarters of the South East Asia Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) today, the team of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) dropped by a Jollibee Outlet for breakfast.
Everybody was seated ready for breakfast when the Jollibee manager said the local COVID 19 Protocol does not allow dine ins.
Well, we are all law-abiding citizens so we complied with the protocol.
We decided to take our breakfast inside our vehicles parked in front of the Jollibee outlet.
Technically, it was still a dine-in.![🤣](https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/tab/1.5/16/1f923.png)
