P.5-M REWARD OFFERED FOR INFO ON VICE MAYOR DULAY’S KILLER

A total of P500,000 reward money has been raised to be given to anybody who could provide any information which could lead to the identification and arrest of the killer of Kabacan Vice Mayor Policronio Dulay.

Kabacan Mayor George Tan, Dulay’s running mate in the Kabacan municipal elections, has offered P200,000 from his intelligence fund while the Sangguniang Bayan of Kabacan through the initiative of Councilor Boyet Zaldivar has passed a resolution offering another P200,000.

On my part, I have asked some friends to contribute to the effort and we were able to raise P100,000 as a private sector initiative.

All in all, the reward money now is P500,000.

Information received will be validated and referred to the police authorities for action.

It is understood that the reward money will only be released to the informant once it is validated that the arrested suspect is really the killer or mastermind in the killing of Vice Mayor Pol Dulay.

VM Dulay was shot and killed Friday last week as he was buying candle from a store on USM Avenue.

President Aquino has directed Interior Secretary Mar Roxas to work on the solution of the Dulay murder.
