Police Academy Graduation

For the second time in four years, I was invited to be the Guest of Honor and Commencement speaker during the graduation of 225 new policemen coming from the different areas of Region XII.

The graduation rites were held at the Regional Police Safety College in Gen. Santos City.

In this picture I am shown with the Academy’s Superintendent Ranie Hachuela after we trooped the line.

My message to the new police graduates was: “Do what is right, fair and just and most of all make sure that your actions are guided by what is morally right.”
