MinDA Secretary Emmanuel Piñol believes that in order for the Balik Probinsiya, Bagong Pag-asa Program (BPBPP) to succeed, government funds and resources must be rechanneled to building small bridges and other infrastructure projects in the countryside.This will connect food production areas to the market and eventually increase productivity and economic activity in the provinces.
