Sustained relief, rehab program MinDA SETS UP KIDAPAWAN COMMAND CENTER MONDAY

The Mindanao Development Authority will set up a Central Command Center in Kidapawan City starting Monday to coordinate relief and rehab efforts for the Earthquake Affected areas.

Also, in response to queries by concerned and kind hearted citizens on how they could give cash donations for the victims of the earthquake in Cotabato, Davao del Sur, Sultan Kudarat and South Cotabato, MinDA will be coordinating with LBP and other government servicing banks with regard to opening a special bank account for this specific humanitarian undertaking.

This urgent activity will be done on the first banking day of the month, on 4 November 2019.

By the law which created it, MinDA can accept donations and grants for special and extra-ordinary activities.

MinDA will keep all concerned posted on the development of this activity after all government-prescribed protocols are followed and complied with.
