Panawagan Sa Mga Bulag At Bingi!

It is urgent that the National Land Use Law is enacted to clearly define areas for Habitation, Agricultural Production and Forest Protection!
I had made this call many times in the past and the last time was when I climbed Mt. Apo via the Kapatagan, Digos, Davao del Sur Trail.
I am making this call again hoping that the deaf could hear and the blind could see.
