Kidapawan’s Pride, Robata Owner & Chef Alex Sebastian Discovers Local Organic Products
Straight from our Soybeans & Sorghum Fields in Alamada, Cotabato, I rushed to Kidapawan City’s No. 1 Japanese Restaurant, Robata, for a late lunch with Organic Farmers’ Groups.
I had the pleasure of meeting the young chef, Alex Sebastian, who owns Robata.
It was a fruitful accidental meeting because in one instant Organic Farmer Atong Dela Cruz was able to find a market for his Japanese cucumber.
Betsy Ruizo and the Don Bosco Group also found a prospective supporter for the Black and Red Organic Rice.
I would not be surprised if anytime soon, Robata would be offering Organic Red Rice Sushi.
